The 18-meter-high wooden observation tower sits atop a 12-meter high hill and allows visitors to enjoy miles of views across the waters of Lake Ciecere. At the foot of the observation tower there is a recreation area with a table, benches and a fireplace. The observation tower is located about 6 km from Broceni and 5 km from Saldus. The observation tower can hold up to 15 people at a time.
