Repair facility for Eachine EX4 (same as JJRC X12 and C-Fly Faith)?

I'll skip the long story, but I have a Eachine EX4 that needs at least a new gimbal or gimbal repair and possibly a look at it's internal avionics parts (GPS). I have no idea who in Illinois or elsewhere in the US can repair it without charging more than the drone itself is worth.

Any help would be appreciated.
