Nice video, but (and I hate to ask) how many times have you breached the terms of the CAA regulations?
For a start, you are flying above traffic. CAA point 4:

This includes people in buildings and transport, including cars, lorries, trains, and boats.
You must keep a minimum horizontal distance of 50m between your drone or model aircraft and people. This creates a no fly zone around people that goes all the way up to the legal height limit. It can help to think of this no fly zone as a cylinder.
You must not fly over people in this no fly zone, even if you fly higher than 50m.

No, and I don't need to. You appear to be flying above traffic and people walking on the pavements. How does that reconcile with the CAA point 4 which I quoted?

The CAA makes no specific comment on TOAL sites and they are totally irrelevant to this discussion. However, once the drone is in the air the pilot in charge is bound by the CAA rules, which are very restrictive when it comes to flying above people. No amount of omg's and get-a-life's is going to alter that.
