Pontnsic Atom Yagi antenna

Have any you installed Yagi antennas on your antennas, & seen any improvement In distance of signal transmission?
I have a set I bought some time back, & have not tried them yet. I live in a wood aria so I do not fly far away. But I also
live by a very scenic lake & would like to take some videos, of the rock cliffs & such that surround it. I may need a little
more distance is why I got them? Youtube has many videos with them on DJI drones of course but nothing I can find
with Potensic Atom.

Random Tech did a video on the Yaggi antenna. It seems work well according to him.

I am sorry to say, but this is lots of %$£"(*& , nonsense in a plain English. I feel bad for all of those who purchased those plastic/metal parts that supposed to be Yagi-Udas but they're NOT. In order to work a Yagi-Uda natenna must have a dipole, reflector and director/s and it must be connected by coax to port in your controller.

Are u in airplane mode? I have the atom 3. And notice loss of signal around 1000ft.

In the video he does not fly the Atom without the Yagi's for comparison sake so it is disingenuous to say that they boosted transmission. Those yagi's also operate at a different GHz level so I doubt they had any effect at all. In order to work they would have to be at the same GHz as the rest of the system.
