Bought my 14 year old son a Potensic D58 for his birthday and it’s had zero minutes flying time in 2 months. The set up seems so simple but the thing is yet to leave the ground.

After a few hours today we realise that the weak GPS signal at home or in the garden is prohibiting even a 30second maiden flight.

Do you really need a full gps signal to take off? Can we override this accepting control will be compromised?

any help appreciated as I am on the verge of sending this back to Amazon.
