HS440 No pictures to phone app.

What am I missing? I have:

1. Downloaded the App
2. Switched on the drone and the controller
3. Connected to the drone wifi on my phone
4. Connected the drone to the controller (L joystick up and then down)
5. Launched the app on the phone and pressed on Enter Device.

This takes me to a screen with icons at the top to activate controlling the drone from the app. The screen is black, not displaying anything from the drone camera.

What am I missing?

SOLVED: you have to put the phone in Aeroplane Mode! Not mentioned in the instructions.... Thanks to HS Support for the solution.
