Holystone HS700E 4k images but 96dpi?

Hello folks,

I just got a new Holystone HS700E and wanted to test out the camera. It says it is taking 4k images but they are under 2MB, saved as JPGs and show a dpi of 96.

Is there anyone to adjust this? The images don't look like they're 4k and sharp.
