I recently had an email discussion with Holy Stone customer support on a connection issue (see my earlier post). In one of the emails I also asked about spare crews for my HS501 and here was Holy Stone's reply:

I sent them all the stuff, via email, and they said that they were back ordered with Amazon for 2 weeks out and to reconncet with them in 2 weeks to get the parts.
Just wanted to share this with others who may not know about this promotion.
