Getting old. Still savvy, but correctly implementing new tech needs a little help now...

I bought a Holystone HS720G last year. Haven't tried to use it much. Now I want to get good with it, but it's not behaving like it should. Hoping this group can save the day. I'd like to get fluent with it before I go spending $1-2K on a better one.

Beyond that I'm sure there's many things I don't even know that I don't know so I'm glad to be here...
