H720 won’t link

I bought a H720EIC in January . Did a few short flights between snow storms. It was fine. For the past few week , the HOLYSTONE WiFi won’t load, or drone won’t launch even it is dies connect. My friend has same problem with his starting H720EIC also. He uses android, I use IOS . Have contacted Holy stone and replies are the same (solution) given by different people . Nothing works.
anyone else having these problems? Mine goes out of warrant next week. I’d heard HS was great on helping , but so far they are useless

They are good at replacing your drone with problems, but the replacement doesn't work any better. I now have two HS720E's that can't see the SD card reader. And their Ophelia Go app isn't much better, I keep loosing connection and it's glichy. I thought the price was too good to be true. They do fly well though.

Mine went rogue and almost gave me a shave. Everything looked good . Connected, 13 satellites 96% o battery . Switched to slow mode and turned in the lights. It went wild . Missed my face by a big and crashed into a fence. I went back and forth again with Holy stone . They are sending me a new one now via Amazon. I am not even messing with it. Am going to sell it unopened along with the first drone. That’ll give the new owner 4 batteries , two controllers and the usual spares . Anyone interested shout me out .
