It was a pretty bad one too. I hit a tree, shattering 3 rotors and breaking the camera off of the gimbal. It did not hit the tree going fast and I was surprised the damage was as bad as it was. I contacted Potensic and they are sending me a new camera and gimbal. When I asked them how much, they said because the drone is only a few months old, there is no charge! Now THAT is great customer service!
