Yeah man that did it. Thanks for the info. I had been using a video converter app,but it was a painI had the same problem. Make sure you have an HEVC or H.265 codec downloaded to your computer. The HEVC (High Efficiency VideoCoding) (H.265) is a video format that uses approximately half the memory space as the same image recorded in standard MP4 (H.264) format. Most PCs don't have the H.265 codec already installed from the factory. You should be able to get the codec in the Windows store for a safe download. I don't know of any other causes for the problem you are having. Hope that helps.
