DJI Air 3s order delayed

Ordered the DJI Air 3s on October 31th. A week later I got a call from DJI apologizing for the delay and that the drone is in customs. The estimated time of delivery would be November 14th. Well that was yesterday and it did not arrive. Called DJI this morning and they said that they are aware of the customs delay and have no estimated arrival date. They said it may take a month or more.

Is anyone else having these problems?

It is an issue with some being held up going through customs.
