Holy stone hs100 drone flys great but battery indicator on app shows no battery power. Always red and dead yet battery is fine. Any ides?

I do not have a HolyStone, but I would make sure that the battery is inserted good and solid and that all connections to drone and battery are clean and undamaged.
Next, if it is still under warranty, let them resolve it as there may be deeper issues that could manifest later…

I've tried all but to no avail. the connections are good and Holy Stone support is non existent for this model. Wifi is good, camera is good and control is excellent. Just the battery indicator is the problem. I am going to uninstall and reinstall the app. Maybe something is awry with that.
