Change Speeds - HS700E

Trying to figure out how to change the speed from High to Low and vice versa.

It's probably in the manual and I am just blind. It would be great if they would publish a searchable version of the PDF.

Button at the top right. A short press turns on the bottom light, a long press changes the costs (speed).
