Yes, this will also work. Seems Q500 and Typhoon H receiver have different item numbers, but are interchangeable.
Newer SR24 have shielding cover, older not. I have both but I see no difference in range and stability.
This above is a good price.

Hi all I recently purchased an sr24 receiver to try this threads results for myself, it's on AliExpress listed as YUNEEC Haoxiang UAV 2.4ghz sr24 receiver H920 model aircraft receiving ST24 remote control TX, would this be a suitable receiver to use with my 350 qx3 and also would the previous mentioned wiring modification be compatible with this product.

Yes. It is the yellow - gray - white - black type wiring.
It works with ST10, ST10+, ST16 and ST24 too.
