Hi Just bought my 7 year old son a Potensic Firefly for Christmas which he absolutely loves - we're having trouble charging the batteries but he is learning the flying skills very quickly. Never had anything like this before but already planning bigger and better!

I responded to this in another thread you posted so I'll add the link to this one to close with my suggestion to return the Drone. Brand New should not have a problem, and these types of drones are not User Serviceable
