The thinner the air the harder the drone has to work to achieve altitude or maintain control.

It is called density altitude. The higher the elevation, the thinner the air. Same goes for hot and humid air as well

Well I surprised myself and was actually able to pass the part 107 exam this afternoon with an 89%. Now get to play the waiting game for the permenant license card to arrive.

I’m gonna find out what has to be done for the video thing to get the insurance from dji. Gonna take the 107 test this afternoon, and then find out about that. Think it is a good idea, especially in the Chicago area which is well known as the WINDY city

If your controller is rechargable.... likely a status indicator for state of charge for the controller battery. I wish my Holy Stone HS-720 had a rechargable battery instead of the 2 AA batteries.
