Hi all! Thank you for allowing me to join this site. I have purchase a holy stone 700e, from a previous owner. I have watched some youtube videos, seems like a pretty good drone. I have a problem though; I have paired the drone to the controller, no problem. I have calibrated the drone for horizontal and vertical GPS. All good so far. Now I need to find the holy stone wifi on my phone........now I have a problem. I downloaded the app using the QR code found in the owner's manual. It is the OPHELIA FLY app. The wifi app will not show up on my iphone. Could the previous owner have control because the app is still on his phone? or, is my used purchase a dud? Thank you anyone that can help. SOOOOO frustrated.

Welcome from the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, USA. I do not have a HS Drone so I am only brain-storming ideas…
I am a bit confused, I went to the web site listed on your avatar and it would indicate that you are well versed on drones… with the illustration of several high end drones and a listing for Drone services… yet you seem to have gotten a used High End Toy Drone.
But assuming it all for fun, I have to ask, do not be insulted, but after you downloaded the app, did you install it?
And is the Wi-Fi enabled (turned on…) on your phone? Perhaps you are using your phone's data for all the normal internet and downloads. Finally, does Bluetooth need to also turned on or Off?
