Hello,
I am setting up a ARRIS m9oo QUAD UAV and need help with what to outfit it with for complete autonomous flight, i.e.. collision avoidance, spot landings, heading hold, altitude hold, return to takeoff coordinates, fly to multiple GPS coordinates and landing at them if needed, etc.
UAV so far has T motor U7v2 motors / 16.5 props with their Flame 80amp ESCs. Flight controller ... CubePilot Orangecube+, Here3+ compass, TAROT HD PDB. with 10 AWG wire and 150 connectors, TATTU 6S battery with 10AWG wire and 150 connectors. I would like to use a MAUCH or other high quality power module that can go between the PDB and the battery (needs to be able to solder on 10 AWG wire and handle the associated loads. Power Module would need at least two 3.5v and one 12v out puts. I was looking at the HolyBro TOF optical flow sensor and lidar, but it seems to be out of stock everywhere I looked. Is there another high quality one that someone has experience with that they can recommend?
Cost is always a consideration however I am looking for High quality items so realize higher costs associated with high quality sensors, etc.
If I am going at this the wrong way, what would you recommend?
Thank you
