Video white out.

Hi, newbie here, can anyone help please with my Mini 3 Pro.

It only just started but the video picture on my 3 Pro is almost completely white, there is some picture but very little. However when l switch to Photos the picture returns to normal colours. Is this a settings issue or a much deeper camera problem?

Any help would be much appreciated, Mike.

This is an exposure setting adjustment I believe. The fact that the still images means the sensor and video processor are working correctly.

Thankfully the problem has been solved, I was trying to change the wrong auto setting when l should have tapped on the word PRO at the bottom right of the screen. When l did that it changed to Auto and the camera went back to full colour. Phew! I was getting quite frustrated.
