Video Editor - any recommendations?

I am new to the space and searched but didn't really find anything.

What video editor do you use?

How easy is it to use?

How expensive is/was it?

I use iMovie. It has a surprising amount of pro features. But that is Mac based.

Many recommend DaVinci. Runs on Mac as well as Windows. I haven't tried that one yet. There is a learning curve to any software but you should be able to find a ton of tutorials on YouTube for any editing software.
