Not that I know of. Most if not all manufacturers create controllers specifically for their drones.

DJI does have a controller that is compatible with different DJI models but not all of them

You are not the first one to ask this question. I have seen it asked on other web sites and the responses are much that same as @GFields offered and I cannot disagree.

Sounds as if it could be a gold mine..! Just imagine a single controller that could control any and all non commercial drones.
