Hi, I recently got a DJI Mini 4K and am thinking about approaching some local estate agents to offer my services for house fly overs.

I've got an Operator ID and Flyer ID.

Any recommendations on insurance companies?

Hi, welcome.
A presentation of yourself would be appreciated....
For insurance, you can try Coverdrone (www.coverdone.com).
Thanks DoubleG.

I've got conflicting advice regarding what I need to do aerial house listings.

For my DJI Mini 4K I don't know whether I just need my Operator ID, Flyer ID, and Insurance - or if I require any further certifications?

Honestly, I'm not sure about regulations in UK after Brexit.
What I know for sure is that you need both Operator and Flyer ID, the first because your drone has a camera, and the second because the weight of the drone is over 100 grams.
Insurance is obviously needed, probably a professional insurance, not hobbyistic.
I suggest you to inform on the CAA website for other requirements:
