Ok, being a newbie I have made some rookie errors which I hope can be fixed.

I bought the HS720S but I could not get any info online about this particular model. I had read the other HS720 model specs and presumed that the 720S would be in the same ball park.

Boy, was I wrong.

Little did I know that the camera is only a 2-axis gimbal. But, ok. We can work with that while I learn to fly the thing and hopefully move up to a better model.

Then, I made a typical rookie mistake which which resulted in damage to the blades. (Don't ask). I have a spare set which I can fit on but now I discover that spare blades for the HS720S do not seem to be a stock item. And no one can tell me if the blades from the other HS720 models can be retro-fitted.

So, at this point in time I am not a happy chap.

Does anyone know if the other HS propellor blades can be retro-fitted onto the HS720S?

Is the companies parts website. I found no parts for the HS 720S. There are two ways of contact. Chat and email.

I've tried both. They say that they have no spare parts available. I'm looking to see if anyone can recommend a compatible set.

Check Amazon and see what you can find. I’ve been looking for more reasonable priced replacements. I figure maybe it’s worth a trying some the “look similar”. If they don’t fit in trial, before flying, maybe see if return is possible. If not, it’s 10$, and a worthy gamble to check. if it fits, great and cheaper. So far 3 blades damaged. 5 new remaining… and a set of the oem Bwine should be arriving soon. (One month since ordering)

Next Amazon order will be the lookalike try. The description and look seems promising

Oh yeah. Wait until you check on a new/extra battery

For mine, 2x batteries and a spare set of props (full set) was only 30$ less they the entire original purchase price … which include 2 batteries and a full set… controller and actual drone with another full set of props! And the associated cables.

(Mine was Bwine mini se f7/w 2 batteries and the other standard stuff)

Hi.

Thanks for your reply. My problem was that since there are several different sizes of propellors I didn't really know what I was looking for. And as for online information, well that is non-existant. The Support Desk from Holy Stone were also very vague about giving me information, too. I couldn't even find out of one of the later models was backwardly compatible. Anyway, I got there in the end and have a spare set of blades ordered from Amazon (we'll see how they work out).

But to be honest, if I had known that the company were so deficient in providing information for this particular drone I would have avoided them all along. And in truth, as my proficiency grows as a drone pilot I will definitly be moving over to a different brand.

Once again, thank you for your very kind reply.
