Hi, there. Complete novice here.

According to my drone's instructions, I should be able to land my drone by either using the one-touch "auto take-off/land" button on the control OR I should be able to reduce the altitude to take-off level and bring both control sticks "down and in".

If I use the one-touch, the drone sets itself down and the rotors disarm.

However, if I use the left control stick to bring the drone down to the ground, then pull both sticks down and in, the rotors "slow" but don't stop.

I don't know if there's something I'm missing here. I've read the instructions thoroughly, but it says nothing about any differentiation between what should happen when you land the drone one way vs. the other.

Any insight? Thank you.

Through trial and error, I learned that the way to disarm the motors completely is to keep the left stick all the way down for a couple of seconds after the Drone has already landed.
Well looks like I've posted in the wrong forum. This has been my experience with the Snaptain P30 drone. But it might work?
