Ruko 11 Pro batteries

Hi to everybody. I'm based in the UK, have been flying my Ruko 11 Pro and love it to bits.
Today all of a sudden as I put in the first fully charged battery it got up into the air and immediately said low battery 16%.
it was exactly the same for the second battery and exactly the same for the third battery! Not 41% not 57% not even 99% but all three batteries showed 16%!
Very weird .... is there anything I can do to reset or anything I need to do that you guys might be able to help with?? t

Total guess but I had a similar thing happen the other day when it was cold out. Not to that extreme but similar. Have heard keeping your batteries warm or hovering for a min could help.

Are you guys getting colder temps now?

Did they charge up ok and are they fine inside?

Thanks for this. We're not too cold here yet (10°+), so don't think it's that. Tried de-charging a single battery, and then fully charging it, and when mounted it then gave me 80%, so that is different.
I'll continue fiddling, but I think the electronic battery level sensor somehow got itself into a bit of a mess. It nay well be ok now. Will post further as get to a final outcome.
