newbie battery help

hi, I got my son a drone for Christmas (Potensic Firefyly) and after a week we are having trouble charging the 3.7v 180mAh Li-Po batteries, we have been using a USB cable which was supplied but the batteries only hold 30 seconds-or-so of charge. At first the recharge time was about 30 minutes but now it only takes 10 minutes before the LED turnns green. Is there anything I'm doing wrong or any tips on bringing new life to them?

This drone is a relatively inexpensive drone, I would take it back for an exchange or full refund. There are no serviceable parts on this drone. Spending time trying to figure out the issues will only disappoint you and your son. Happy Holidays!!!

hes right, with cheap drones and 180 mha batts in cold weather your only going to get a min or 2...
