Isn't there a new U.S.A. based drone company being mentioned as a True DJI competitor?

I recently watched a video naming a new, or somewhat new, company here in the U.S.A. that is supposed to be making drones to compete directly, ( Read, " maybe we used their designs a litttle".). Which is 100% legit since America has been China's design library. So, being 74 I didn't save the video so I'm not sure everything I said is true. ( that's the old man disclaimer)

I doubt we'll see the USA produce a DJI competitor that can sell affordable drones. We'll have a DJI competitor that sells $ 10 K drones however. They probably still won't be as good.
