Hubsan zino power issue

Hi guys I have a hubsan zino drone, my first ever drone and for last few days been learning the software etc before I venture out for its first flight anyway, for some reason it's suddenly not powering on properly so when I press the button to power on it makes the high pitched noise, that continues and to blue lights flash and that's it, both batteries are fully charged.

Any ideas

I have heard that some cables don’t changer the battery to full life if that helps
