HS720G cell phone holder

I just got my HS720G and am trying to set it up. I am having issues getting the phone holder to rotate as indicated it should. I am able to pull the holder out from the handset until it is fully extended and clicks. At this point I should be able to rotate the holder but am not able to and do not want to apply to much pressure and break it. Anyone else have this issue?

The levers are quite tight. You just need to apply more pressure and the arm will extend fully.
