HS lack of product support

In October 2021 I bought an HS120 drone. Only flew it a few times. I wanted to use it last week to photograph my land, but the controller would not power on. Chatted with customer support - was told to buy a new controller. Amazon had none, no idea when more were coming. Again I chatted with HS support: none in stock and no idea when they’d be available. This is ridiculous - not having a vital part on a 1 1/2 year old product. IF YOU’RE CONSIDERING A HOLYSTONE PRODUCT, YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!
