Hello

I posted previously about my HS720E flying out of control. It flies backwards by itself and I have to constantly correct it, plus it gradually gets worse to the point that I have to land it or I wouldn't be able to control it at all.

Holy Stone asked me to send them a video (here's a YouTube link - it was hard to film and control it at the same time, so it's just a quick video) and told me it was due to a faulty motor.

They said I need to locate the faulty motor and they'd send me another one. When I asked them if they had any instructions on how to do this, they said no!

Would anyone know what I should do to find the faulty motor?

Many thanks!

Jon

Remove all blades, start engines. A faulty motor will make a different noise than the others. It may vibrate.
