Holy Stone, HS720E - App Beginner Mode?

I'm new to the forum, new to drone piloting and I would appreciate any experienced input. In the Ophelia GO app, I've gone into settings, turned off "Beginner" mode, adjusted the flight parameters to my preferences and confirmed the settings, but every time I shut down for the day or even just to swap out batteries, all settings revert back to default with "Beginner" mode on.
Is there a way (even a hack) to get rid of the annoying "Beginner" mode?

I contacted Holy Stone with the same issues with the flight parameters reverting back to default every time and they told me that after setting the parameters and confirming the settings that those new settings now become the default setting . try flying to your max height and distance settings and the RTH to see if its holding your settings . as far as the beginner mode problem i have not had that issue , but have heard many others say they have the same problem . Best thing to do if your still having problems is contact Holy Stone , their service has been pretty good
