Good day....I am new to these forums but purchased a Flightelf Falcon drone which came packaged as a Global GD98.
I purchased it in Sept of 2024 and have about25-30 individual flights on it.
I use the drone for my train railfanning hobby to capture aerial shots
It comes with a joystick controller which synchs up to the drone and when powering up for each flight, a confirmation is shown in controller screen that GPS signal is successful.
The issue that I am having developed within the past dozen flights or so.
I am having problem where the drone randomly stops obeying controller commands.
Sometimes the propellers will not initiate upon a takeoff request.
Other times, I will get the drone up in the air, anywhere from 50-200 feet and the drone will stop accepting commands from the controller. It will not turn, not take photos, will not go up or down, ignoring descend commands.... basically ignoring the controller.
After a few minutes of the drone hovering in place, it will start responding again and I can get it to land.
During all of this, the "GPS connection successful"is still displayed on the controller screen.
Again, this issue developed after a couple dozen flights and has been getting progressively more frequent.
I am baffled as to the reason for this.
Any ideas?
