Drone re-registration / Unwilling Potensic

I acquired a Potensic Atom 2 with a PTD 1 controller from someone. It turns out that person linked the drone to their account. Consequently, the previous owner became unreachable, and I am stuck with a drone linked to someone else's account. Potensic is unwilling to cooperate in unlinking the drone so that I can link it to my own account, even after providing the official invoice. Does anyone here perhaps have a solution? I would be very grateful.
