i have my batteries in a old ammo box, 1. keeps them cool 2. well i mean what can you say.... its an ammo box....
the box is lined with some sort of tile as well.
i also use one of these little guys to keep my batteries happy Turnigy Reaktor QuadKore 1200W 80A (4 X 300W 20A) Balance Charger now with NiZN and LiHV

I know some that uses those and they have holes drilled in them as they are airtight. Could blow up I guess is what
they think.

I store my lipos in an old slow cooker with a clamp-down lid.Charging takes place in an old toaster oven.Both designed to take heat.
