TSRC Q8 - Can't Access Controls

Hey all new here, I have been reading and finding lots of good Info so far. I have had this drone for about 6 months. I fly maybe once every 2 weeks or so. Today I am unable to hit the control button on the app? I power on drone and controler and they connect fine. I put phone in airplane mode and conect to the tsrc in wifi. I open the app and cant get into controls.. Any Ideas?

BJ GPS app. Spread the word, it works like a charm. Because everybody's complaining about tSR c's.

I just got mine to work. Let me know if you got yours to work. Trying to figure this out for over a month

Has anyone been able to succesfully contact TSRC customer service? i tried to call the number on the net to no avail

No, but I just tried BJ GPS drone app. Works like a charm, spread the word.

No, I didn't even think about that. What is the number for customer service, and I can try calling them.

Bj gps worked but I couldn't turn off beginner mode
