Hey everyone,

I've been flying for a little over two months and I'm looking to upgrade the camera on my (Cetus X). I'm currently using the stock camera and while it's decent, I'm hoping to improve the image quality, especially in low-light conditions.

I'm open to suggestions on:

* **Camera models:** Are there any specific cameras that are known to work well with the (Cetus X)?)
* **Installation tips:** Any advice on the installation process, including wiring and firmware adjustments?
* **Performance improvements:** What kind of improvements can I expect from a camera upgrade, such as better low-light performance, wider dynamic range, or higher resolution?

Any insights or experiences you can share would be greatly appreciated.

I'm guessing your current setup has an analog video signal. My first thought is upgrading to a digital system. This will eliminate snow or distorted images. You gain the advantage of EIS which will make the video much smoother. The down side is processing lag. Most digital systems are in the 150 microseconds range which isn't enough lag to even be perceptible. The 03 DJI air unit is a digital system but you mostly have to use DJI remote controller and DJI goggles. There are a few ex exceptions but they are problematic. There's another company called fpv HD or something like that that has digital goggles, camera and VTX. I'm not a fpv pilot but I am building a couple of very large heavy lift hexacopters and octocopter. So I'm having to learn most of the same technology. Good luck!
