HS600 drone will not stay connected to my iPhone

I just got a HS600 drone. It is my first and I’m just learning to fly it. I can fly the drone fine with the controller, but I cannot get the drone to stay connected to my iPhone. I can find the drone in the WiFi settings on my phone and when I select it, I get the little check mark that makes it appear it is connected, however when I go back to the HolyStone app and either try to turn on the video or use any of the controls on the app, I immediately get a message that reads something like “X Not Connected”. I’ve seen at least one other member had a similar problem with a different model and had to replace it. Before I send this back, I was wondering if anyone has had a similar issue with a 600 and how they resolved it. Thanks!
