I received a new 720e with same issue - don’t have an answer because HS exchanged it. I did try peeking to verify if the servo gear was jammed. It appears the gearing tucked up beside the camera is a little unstable. I realized this as I tried to move the camera to get some test photos. Look very close up beside the camera gimbal to verify if the gears are in alignment and if the main gear coming out of the body is turning or not. Mine was not turning. But I temporarily knocked the gears out of alignment while trying to test and discover issue.
