Just getting back in,had a phantom 3 pro collectin dust,now have a mini4,just recreation flying for now and relearning the rules.. ive read that flying over private propertty is illeagle but also heard that the faa is responsible for all airspace,so if im just say flyng from my property to an unoccupied school but have to fly over several houses to get there is flying over those houses illeagle? I understand hovering or spying would be illeagle,but traveling?thank you
