help with profile picture

Can anyone tell me how to put this picture on my profile banner?

At the top right hand side of this thread, click on the avatar that is your profile. Then click on Account Details from the drop down. Then click on the Avatar and load your footprint.jpg file from using the browse feature, or drag and drop the image as instructed. Then click ok and your Avatar will change to the new file. You can click on the photo to move it around inside the circle to get the view you want.

that worked, thanks for the help, will the other posts I posted earlier change to this avatar?
