Photography is a big hobby for me, and what could be better than a flying camera!
This is doubly true in Florida which is mostly a big, flat swamp. Tough to get good vantage points, in other words. So I've been having a lot of fun taking photos with my drones. I prefer the 32x9 super wide aspect ratio. I starting taking those because I have an ultrawide monitor and needed some wallpapers. But after shooting them for a while, I like the format. It's different, and anything different in photography is good.

Here are a couple recent examples taken with the Mavic 3 Pro. Be sure to zoom in and pan around. They're big. Or save them off as wallpapers yourself. I don't mind. :)

Neat photos!

I remember you from the MavicPilots site last October… I am LoudThunder everywhere…

Did you get the MicroSD issue solved?

MicroSD ... uh. I must have? I don't remember.

Right now I'm waiting for DJI Care to send me a replacement Avata2 after I RTH'ed mine into a building. My fault, but I regained signal and couldn't cancel Failsafe RTH for some reason. Obstacle avoidance is a good feature to have. I resolved next time to set it to hover and try to run to a position to regain signal. Even if that didn't work, the drone would eventually run out of juice and make a controlled landing. Much better than tumbling to the ground.

The reason that you do not remember is that "You" were not having MicroSD problems, another member was ans you were offering advice and I must have gotten twisted up in the propwash... My Bad.

Any case, welcome to this site and please continue to share your advice and counsel...
