I enjoy going to a good flying spot here where i live. My launch area is about 5 feet inside uncontrolled airspace. And, unless I have authorization, I keep the drone in uncontrolled airspace.
But there is a pik-nik table that sits inside controlled airspace. I sit at this table and launch my drone.
So, the drone remains in uncontrolled airspace, but im in controlled airspace.
Am I gonna get in trouble?
