Are Lightweight Drones Not "Real" Drones?

Whilst looking for my 1st real drone for $100-150, I found one as light as 0.4 pounds, while the ine I ordered is 3.6 pounds.

I would think if a drone suits a pilots needs then, it’s a real drone.
