    No Customer Service

    Customer service has always been good with me, but I haven't had any issue where I really needed them. On your camera issue....my HS600 did that one time and I found that if I ran the gimbal through a calibration that is fixed the exact issue you are having with the UP/DN on the camera movement.

    I'm about 95% sure that the SJRC F5S Pro battery is the same battery as the HS360S battery. The only time I would want to see if something would work in person is if the alternate battery was more capacity that 1500mah. If you find one that looks similiar keep in mind that higher mah usually...

    Need Controller attachment for Tablet

    I thought that the connection is made through the wifi signal broadcast from the drone. My HS360S connects directly to my phone but my HS600.......like the HS720E uses wifi connection to phone....and would use that same connection to a tablet

    Battery charger- discharger

    I just saw this and that's some good work. I wish HS would make an adapter to use with the common LiPo chargers that are out there. I know it would be another selling point for these drones.
