Can I fly at night for recreation? I read on internet, some say yes, some say no. I dont have part 107. If I can, on july 4th when my city has fireworks, can I go up high to film the fireworks and put on facebook? I wouldnt get close, just about 300 feet altitude.

My Flightelf controller has settings to set the return home altitude, max. altitude, and max. distance. Problem is whenever the drone is shut off, it loses those settings. I have a disk in the controller and drone. Can it save my settings?

I checked B4Ufly and my area is 'Get Approval'. We are a town of 4,000 people. We do have a small airport, but other towns in my area have airports too and are 'Clear to Fly'. So why do I need to 'Get Approval'?
