No it’s under 250g but I would get an app like Dronecast to check your area. If you’re close to an airport, hospital with helicopters pad or a military base then flying becomes questionable.

Just a quick update the company has been in touch and after looking at the flight logs they are replacing the drone , no charge. Potensic is a great company to deal with.
