Well I had ordered a replacement from Amazon that arrived today and it worked perfectly! So I guess the original one had a defect in the wifi.

I have a brand new Holly Stone HS110G and neither of my iPhones (SE or 11) will even list the drone Wi-Fi as an option. I can fly it fine using the controller. I’ve went through the standard troubleshooting (restart phone, turn airplane mode on and off, make sure Bluetooth is off, hotspot off)...
